@burnout426 It should be true for all apps. I'd say only 2/3rds of apps do it. It's an extremely useful function windows has had from the very beginning and is simply yet another thing they take away from us in the name of form over function. We're getting like Apple.....
@leocg yup, also I verified that the checkbox for asking where to download is on
and still ...
once he Ok and open the fileexplorer and most of the times he doesn't...

@hucker I tried a speed test through the VPN, and now it's fast! Fast on the default of Asia. Fast on Europe where I live. But slow in America. Well American internet isn't that good.
Yet when I click "optimal" - it picks the slowest, America! Does Opera think I'm in America?!
@Edyta-Karpinska What I meant is that you need to synchronize again to upload data to the Sync server, so that there will be something on sync.opera.com
The previous data removed from the server can't be restored.
http://www.homedepot.ca/en/home.html loads fine for me in Opera 119.0.5497.29 64-bit on Windows 11 23H2, for what it's worth. In the U.S., not using a VPN and not using an adblocker. Also don't have DNS over HTTPS enabled at the URL opera://settings/system. Not running Kaspersky and or NordVPN either.
@Hattyfatner The same thing is happening to me now nearly, two years later. I love Opera and so I have been going back and forth between Chrome and Opera but this is extra and I do not know how long I can do this. Opera has so many great features, I am not sure why this issue keeps arising.
